As we move into the third marking period the wrestling season is still going strong.   The Pioneers hit the mat this winter looking for another successful season and Coach Bremer expects big things out of this group of wrestlers.   He’s hoping that key wrestlers Stephen Bremer, Pat Morris, Liam Morris, Kris Castaldo, Joe Joe Cirrocca, Brayden Provan, Dan Smith, Tony Randazzo, Peter Byrnes, Danny Zimmerman, Carmine Boccaleri, and Tyler Gazaway can lead the team this season.   He added that these kids bring out the best of the rest of the team.   

On a more serious note, the team has had to deal with Coach Bremer’s own health scare and the indefinite loss of his leadership.   We all know that the whole school is rooting for him in his recovery.   Despite this challenge, the team believes that if all goes well they can take Conference and have a shot at Sectionals.   This will make for a very exciting season on the mat.
